Title: MANAGING VIRTUAL INTERDISCIPLINARY MULTICULTURAL TEAMS
Phase 1. Online. November 25-28. Get familiar with virtual interdisciplinary multicultural teams! Introductory lectures and online team-building activities.
Phase 2. Onsite. December 2-6, 2024. Explore! Meet with your team members physically, visit companies, work on their challenges, and explore Lithuanian and other participants' cultures.
Phase 3. Online. December 9-12, 2024. Summarize and present! Summarize teamwork on the company’s challenge and present results.
