When you use MobiON, you trust us with your information. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. This is important - we hope you will take time to read it carefully.

 

Information you give us: Our service requires you to sign up for a MobiON account. When you do, we will ask for your private e-mail address. Please note that there will be no other use of your address, except for the purpose of the application. Your e-mail will not be visible and shared for other purposes.

 

How we use the data we collect: We use the data you provide via our online platform MobiON for the purpose of the relevant mobility program you have applied for, defined and authorised by the University of Belgrade. Personal data will be shared in order to fulfil the obligations under the Erasmus+ mobility program, in particular to facilitate the functioning of the mobility.

 

 We share this data with:

* ECTS coordinator of the relevant Faculty of the University of Belgrade

* domain administrators

* staff of the partner institition(s) responsible for the selection procedure

 

As far as personal data transmitted by one institution to another are concerned, each of the institutions is responsible for processing the transmitted data. Institutions are not co-responsible for treatment. The University of Belgrade undertakes to respect the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation N ° 2016/679 (GDPR), in particular the following principles: purpose of the processing, proportionality and relevance of the processed data, security and confidentiality of the data.

 

All institutions of the University of Belgrade also undertake to implement the necessary measures to prevent personal data from being damaged, erased or unauthorized third parties having access to it.
