Incoming Student Mobility – Application Procedure

Students from partner universities who wish to spend a mobility period at the University of Belgrade within the framework of an Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement must first be officially nominated by their home university. Nominations must be sent by the International Relations Office of the partner institution to the University of Belgrade.

The nomination deadlines are as follows:

April 1 – for the fall semester or the full academic year
October 25 – for the spring semester.

After the nomination has been received and confirmed, nominated students are required to complete their application through the University of Belgrade mobility platform MobiON.

The application deadlines are:
May 15 – for the fall semester or the full academic year
November 25 – for the spring semester.

Students are required to upload the following documents to the MobiON platform: Transcript of Records in English, proof of language proficiency, CV, motivation letter, passport copy, Erasmus+ Learning Agreement signed by the home institution, and a photo. PhD students are additionally required to provide an invitation letter from the host professor or faculty at the University of Belgrade.

Students are encouraged to contact the relevant ECTS coordinator at the host faculty for information on available courses, learning agreements and study programs.

The academic year at the University of Belgrade is organized in two semesters. The fall semester usually lasts from October to December, with the examination period in January, while the spring semester lasts from February to May, with the examination period in June.
