Required Documents KA107 - Incoming staff
Before the acceptance to the mobility program, your home institution is required to send a Nomination Letter for the staff member in question to the relevant contact person at the International Relations Office of the University of Belgrade. Individually sent applications or nominations sent directly to the potential host faculty of the University of Belgrade WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Following an eligible nomination received, you will be informed that the Call on Mobion platform is open for applications.
The University of Belgrade uses an online software platform "MobiON" in order to facilitate the application procedure for Erasmus+ KA1 candidates. Potential applicants are required to use this platform in order to apply for mobility and should note that those applications received or sent in any way other than through "MobiON" will not be accepted.
The following documents should be submitted via the Mobion platform

Acceptance to the Mobility Program – Additional Information
After your mobility has been confirmed by the Partner Institution, in other words, after you have received an Acceptance Letter by the host university, you will need to complete additional steps before heading out to your destination.
For this purpose, you will be able to access the Mobion platform, where you will follow these steps all the way until your safe return from your mobility program. For this reason, please do not forget your username and password to access the tool, as you will continue to use it to log onto the system.
These are the documents that you will need to upload to your Mobion user account or hand them in in person to the International Relations Office of the University of Belgrade:

Important:

If not insured by your home University for your mobility period abroad, it is the responsibility of the mobility participants to arrange relevant health insurance covering the entire length of the candidate’s stay in Serbia. Please check whether you will also need a Travel Health insurance for the purpose of submitting a Student Visa Application at the relevant Embassy/Consular Office of the Republic of Serbia at your home country.
The University of Belgrade does not cover the cost of insurance.
Submitting a Work Contract following your acceptance to the mobility program abroad is a mandatory requirement as per the instruction of the National Agency of Serbia.
During Mobility
Following your arrival to Serbia, you are required to register with the relevant authority (nearest police station) within 24 hours from the date of arrival in the place of residence.
Legal entities and individuals providing accommodation for foreign nationals with financial compensation, as well as persons being visited by foreign nationals, are required to register with the competent authority the visit of the foreign national within 24 hours from the provision of accommodation to a foreign national, or from the time of arrival of a foreign national for visiting purposes.
In other words, if you are staying at a hotel/hostel, the accommodation will do this on your behalf.
After you have taken care of your accommodation, you are required to visit the International Relations Office at the Rectorate of the Univeristy of Belgrade to have your relevant mobility documents signed and hand in originals of your MA, boarding tickets, etc.
Please note that the University of Belgrade will have to keep the original of your MA for auditing purposes. If your home University also requires the original of the document, please bring along two copies of your MA to your mobility abroad.
For the purpose of safe-keeping all of these documents, please have the CoA and MA, signed by all relevant parties concerned, scanned and uploaded onto your Mobion account.
In accordance with the terms of your GA, at the end of your mobility and before departure, UB will need to sign a Certificate of Attendance, as a confirmation that you have spent your mobility at UB.

After Mobility
Following your safe return home, please make sure you complete these additional steps in order for the second and final installment of your grant to be transferred onto your EUR account:
