About this section
Erasmus opportunities for Students and Staff of the University of Belgrade
Before you continue reading: Please note that this section of the platform is exclusively intended for current students and employees (teaching, research, and administrative staff) of the University of Belgrade and its 31 faculties and 11 institutes.
Students and employees of any other university in the Republic of Serbia, public or private, must get in touch with their home universities to learn about mobility opportunities offered to them. If you are a student or an employee of a foreign university, interested in studying or working at the University of Belgrade, please click here.

At the moment, MobiON platform supports only Erasmus+ mobility. Other mobility options will be available soon. Until then, please visit the following page to learn about other mobility options available for students and staff of the University of Belgrade or contact the university’s International Relations Office.
In order to apply for mobility via the MobiON platform, students and staff of the University of Belgrade must first create an account.
Once you create an account, you will have access to the My Applications section, where you can keep track of your applications for mobility.
To help us keep getting better and more supportive for future candidates, please share with us your impressions about MobiOn, procedures and mobility, if you have completed it, under the section “Your Opinion Matters!” in the horizontal bar on the top of the page. We also strongly encourage you to share your suggestions on how we can improve our services in the future. In the menu on the left, you will find the following sections:
Outgoing Mobility: Types and Eligibility: Here you will find descriptions, conditions, and the candidates’ eligibility for each Erasmus+ mobility type.
Mobility Search & Apply: Here you will find a database of foreign partner universities you can choose for your mobility, depending on the UB faculty or institute you are coming from and in accordance with the study cycle you are enrolled in (for students), including the information-sheet for each partner.
Also, here you can directly apply for mobility during the open calls, twice a year.
Scholarship Overview: This section shows up-to-date scholarships for each foreign country, including other financial information.
Application Procedure and Documents: This section describes how to apply for outgoing mobility, depending on the status of the candidate and the chosen destination country, including all the required documents for application for outgoing mobility.
Accepted Students: This section informs about what happens after the candidate has been selected for student mobility, depending on the mobility type and the chosen country. This section is divided into three tabs: Before Mobility - During Mobility - After Mobility, describing obligations, procedures and required documents in each of these three stages.
Accepted Staff: This section informs about what happens after the candidate has been selected for staff mobility. This section is divided into two tabs: Before Mobility - After Mobility, describing obligations, procedures and required documents in both of these two stages. Candidates participating in staff mobility do not need to upload any documents or take administrative actions during the course of mobility.
Selection Criteria: This page lists out the criteria and allocated points used for ranking and selecting the candidates who have applied for mobility.
Candidates with Fewer Opportunities: As Erasmus+ strives for equity and inclusion, this section explains which candidates are eligible for additional financial and logistical support and under which conditions.
Green Travel Initiative: Here you can learn how to get supported if you choose to travel in an environment-friendlier way.
