Erasmus+ KA171 Mobility

Selection Criteria

Note: Please note that the criteria are in line with the recommendations of the European Commission. Please follow the abovementioned criteria when ranking students’ applications.

Students

The following should be taken into account when evaluating and ranking students applying for mobility within the Erasmus+ program:

  • Academic Performance (Transcript of Records)
  • Letter of Motivation
  • Language proficiency
  • Resume (CV)

* Please note that when two applicants have the same number of points awarded for their application, the applicant with fewer opportunities (less favorable socio-economic or other circumstances) will have to be given priority for selection.

For agreements available for application to all students of the University of Belgrade (all 31 faculties), the applicants should take into account the fact that all faculties should be equally included in the distribution of the mobility places (in other words - in such cases when there are more applicants than places available, nominating two students from the same faculty to the partner university will most often not be possible, unless the students are ranked in top 5% of those who applied). Please also note that the host university may not have the capacity to host more than one nominated applicant per faculty/department.

Erasmus+ enables students to study abroad more than once as Erasmus + students as long as the minimum duration for each activity (e.g. 3 months for studies) and a total maximum of 12 months per study cycle is respected. Applications of students who have already benefited from a mobility period in the same study cycle (under the LLP - Erasmus program, Erasmus Mundus or Erasmus+) will have lower priority.
