Application Procedure and Documents
How to apply
Before applying, each candidate must get familiar with the rules of the specific mobility type, the conditions of the call, as well as the general rules on the mobility of both universities (UB and the home institution).
In order to apply for mobility via the MobiON platform, all incoming students must first create an account.
Once you create an account, you will have access to the My Applications section, where you can keep track of your applications for mobility.
For further information you can contact responsible coordinator for the Erasmus+ program and for international cooperation at your home institution.

Required Documents
To apply for mobility, you are required to submit the following documents via MobiON:

[02] Transcript of Records (in English) issued by your home institution |
[03] Proof of language skills (such as copies of course certificates, language tests etc.) |
[04] CV (in English or in Serbian) |
[05] Letter of Motivation (in English or in Serbian) |
[06] Passport number, date of issuance, date of validity |
[07] Photo |
[08] Erasmus+ Learning Agreement (download template): Signed by the relevant authority at your HOME institution |
[09] Diploma and diploma supplement of previously obtained degrees (in English) |
[10] A signed declaration (download template) by which a student, under full penalty of perjury, confirms that the data provided in the submitted documentation are true and complete and authorizes the relevant authority to double-check, process, store or use in accordance with the current legislation. |
Fewer Opportunities
In the case of incoming student mobility from partner institution to the University of Belgrade, within the category of Fewer opportunities, it is necessary that the candidate submits a confirmation (download template) issued by the sending institution, stating that the candidate belongs to the category of Fewer opportunities, which is based on the rules and regulations of the country of partner institution. The candidate is obliged to upload this certificate together with the other documentation needed for application to the program, to his MobiOn account.
In case the sending institution issues this confirmation, it is necessary that the partner institution's archive keeps the documentation specified in the confirmation, in case of possible audit and verification by the party EACEA, OLAF or other competent authorities.
