Application Procedure and Documents

How to apply

 

Before applying, each candidate must get familiar with the rules of the specific mobility type, the conditions of the call, as well as the general rules on the mobility of both universities (UB and the home institution).

In order to apply for mobility via the MobiON platform, all incoming candidates must first create an account

Once you create an account, you will have access to the My Applications section, where you can keep track of your applications for mobility.

For further information you can contact responsible coordinator for the Erasmus+ program and for international cooperation at your home institution.

Required Documents

 

To apply for mobility, you are required to submit the following documents via MobiON:

* Please save all your documents in a uniform way. Suggestion: Name_Surname_Learning_Agreement; Name_Surname_TranscriptofRecords; Name_Surname_Photo

 Application Documents

[01] Invitation Letter (in English) issued by your home UB Faculty

[02] CV (in English or in Serbian)

[03] Letter of Motivation (in English or in Serbian)

Motivation Letter in English or in Serbian. The motivation letter should not be longer than one page and should show what you consider relevant in your previous academic or professional engagement for receiving an Erasmus+ mobility scholarship.

[04] Passport number, date of issuance, date of validity

[06] Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement for Teaching or Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement for Training (download template): Signed by the relevant authority at the HOME institution

Before starting mobility at the University of Belgrade (host institution), you need to have concluded a Mobility Agreement. The Mobility Agreement is considered concluded when it is signed by the candidate, by the competent person at the home higher education institution (home institution), and by the competent Vice-Rector of the University of Belgrade.
