Important information regarding the grant:

The Grant Agreement signed for the purpose of participating in the Erasmus+ mobility program, which is signed between the mobility participant and the University of Belgrade, does not stipulate the minimum ECTS requirement during a mobility program. 1. attend the lectures without any interruptions
  2. fulfill all exam prerequisites

If you fail any of the exams listed in Table A of your LA, in that case, you must submit to the University of Belgrade as proof of attendance at the respective lectures, a confirmation titled Certificate of Attendance, signed and stamped by the host institution.

A template of this confirmation can be found on the MobiOn platform at the following link: Required Documents KA131 - Outgoing students under the section „After Mobility“.

Failing to submit this confirmation, signed (and stamped when possible), required only in those cases where a transcript of records cannot show that you have taken and passed an exam listed in your LA and confirming that

  1. you have attended the relevant lectures in the said subject
  2. you have fulfilled all relevant exam prerequisites and
  3. you have taken the relevant exam
